Steve has been in the security integration industry since 1988. In addition to his experience and leadership in the sales, installation and service of sophisticated access control & CCTV integrations, he holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration.

Brent is responsible for marketing and communications at Open Options as well as some product management. Having been with Open Options since 1998, he has fulfilled many roles within the company. Brent brings experience in access control, CCTV, and computer technology. He is also a graduate of the University of North Texas and a Microsoft MCP.

Jonathan has been with Open Options and the Security Industry for the last several years. He earned his MBA from LSU in 1992. Previous experience includes marketing for a HVAC manufacturer and he is currently directing sales where he believes Open Options has unlimited growth potential.

Roscoe Coffman

Operations Manager

Roscoe began his career in the security industry in 1982. Since then, he has attended over 50 factory training seminars for security industry products, designed and taught training courses, and managed access control and CCTV installations in excess of $1 Million each.

Gary oversees the software development effort for Open Options. As a programmer himself, Gary has developed numerous custom software applications for the security industry as well as parking, accounting, and sales quotation applications.

Jessica graduated from SFA in 2005 with a focus on Communication and a minor in Business and Marketing. Her previous experience as an account coordinator with a marketing firm is a valuable asset. Among her many tasks, Jessica coordinates Open Options' marketing effort and communications to our customers and dealers.

Scott has spent many years in technology solution sales with a recent focus on software. He works closely with Open Options partners to help bring security solutions to the Southeastern US. Scott is a Texas Aggie, class of 86’ and an avid Masters Swimmer.

Shannon graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2004 with a BSBA with a focus on management and marketing. Shannon joined Open Options shortly after graduation as Marketing Coordinator and is now in the position of Territory Sales Manager where she works closely with our dealers in the North Texas and Oklahoma regions.

William (aka Scooter) brings a wealth of knowledge to the team in the areas of customer service, computer networks, and systems technology. Scooter also has a degree in information systems and is a Microsoft Certified Professional. Scooter recently completed a BS degree in Business Mgmt. adding to his already many talents.

Ben is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a degree in International Business. Prior to moving into sales, He served as Purchasing/Materials Manager for Open Options, providing him a broad knowledge of all the products and services offered by Open Options. Ben is responsible for sales in South Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, and Colorado.

Paul has been in the electronic security industry since 1986. His expertise is selling to, and delivering service to the Industrial/Commercial and Retail National Account markets in the North East and US. He has extensive experience in Access Control and CCTV and a great understanding of end user client needs as well as Integrator markets.

Scott comes to Open Options after gaining experience as an Account Manager for a litigation software company and as Safety Manager in the Oil and Gas Industry. He also graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in International Business.

Anthony graduated from Texas A&M in 2004 with a BBA in Finance. Before joining the Open Options team, Anthony gained experience as a Purchasing Representative for a nationwide manufacturer of imaging parts and supplies.

Sherinda brings years of diverse documentation development as well as instructional design and technical training experience to Open Options. . She has a Bachelor of Science degree in education from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Lane has a B.S. in Information Systems from the University of Texas at Arlington. He has also worked in the telecommunications and internet service provider Industry. Lane provides technical support and software development and testing using the latest Microsoft tools.

George joined Open Options in 2000 and is a crucial part of the software development team. In addition to his key programming role on our flagship product, NPower DNA, George develops software and custom drivers for special applications. He represents an enormous infusion of programming talent to the OO development team.

Jeremy is a key member of the Open Options software development team. Among other things, he is directly involved in the development of several Open Options core products as well as custom interfaces.

Ted has numerous years of computer hardware, software, and network support. In addition, he brings several years of Telco, ISP, and network admin experience to the table. Ted also has a record of dedicated customer service and satisfaction.

John has been in the IT and telecommunications field since 1995. He worked as a Field Installation Tech for SecureNet before moving to Open Options as Technical Support. John has a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology.

Kelli Sepulveda has been with Open Options since February 2001. She has a Bachelor of Science, accounting degree from UT Dallas and three prior years of accounting experience.

The Unknown Programmer has been involved in the integrated security and IT industry in excess of ten years. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional and has developed several software interfaces and applications to address the specific needs of our customers.
