The Open Options iLearn system makes NPower
DNA training available from anywhere in the world. iLearn is delivered to
you via WebEx, an internet conference system that allows us to bring live
training to you using your facility's computer and phone. Open Options
classes are still led by an Open Options instructor, however, instead of the
instructor being in front of you, the instructor is presenting DNA training
through your computer in real time.
All online courses are fully interactive and
include a visual presentation, accompanied by real-time communication
between Open Option's instructors and the course attendees as well as
hand-on practice in a controlled environment.
The trainings are based on
live operation of the software so you can easily "see" how to perform the
operation.

Monthly Quick Topic Webinar
Each month, Open Options will
conduct a structured 60-minute training session on a focused topic
through WebEx. Each course is led
by a highly qualified trainer from the Open Options staff, with 40
minutes dedicated to course instruction, followed by 20 minutes of
topical discussion, questions and answers.
Interested in getting training
on Creating Personnel records? Want to be trained on Generating Reports?
Need to setup Auto E-mail? These topics and more are planned for our
