NPower DNA Registration procedure

Effective August 1, 2004 Open Options has modified our policy related to licensing and registration of NPower DNA security management software.  

Please be aware that when purchasing NPower DNA on credit a temporary DNA license will be issued at the time of registration if the account has not been paid.  This license will be set to expire in 60 days from the time of registration. 

Immediately upon receipt of payment for the software, Open Options will contact the dealer with a permanent DNA license for the particular site and it is then the dealer's responsibility to relate this information to the end-user.  This is a simple process that can be easily accomplished over the phone or by email.

All software orders that are purchased and paid for at the time of shipment using either Credit Cards or COD will be shipped with permanent registration keys.
