Product Lifecycle Announcement: End of Life (EOL)

NPower MMS™ - All Versions

Open Options is announcing the end-of-life of the NPower MMS software product. The purpose of this announcement is to provide our customers advance notice regarding the End of Life/End of Sale of this product.

End of Sale (EOS)

Effective April 15, 2006 NPower MMS security management software will be withdrawn from sale.

Technical Support

Technical Support for NPower MMS will also be discontinued on April 15, 2006.

Exceptions

Exceptions will be made for Enterprise Customers that have a purchased bulk license agreement.  In these cases, Open Options will honor all contractual obligations.

Migration

Open Options strongly recommends that MMS customers migrate to NPower DNA™.  Open Options has developed migration resources to assist customers in their migration effort.  Please contact your regional sales representative for more information on migrating to DNA.

Hardware

Open Options' hardware is not affected by this announcement and will continue to be available through regular sales channels.
