Open Options has moved to the forefront of online, interactive training. The result: Open Options iLearn, our new, highly innovative E-Learning program.

Open Options is excited to announce that NPower DNA training is now available via WebEx Training Center. WebEx Training Center is an internet conference system that allows Open Options to deliver live training to you using your facility's computer and phone. Open Options classes are still led by an Open Options instructor. However, instead of the instructor being in front of you, the instructor is presenting the same DNA training through your computer in real time.

Meet online with WebEx. Open Options can now provide real-time online meetings and conduct live interactive demonstrations via WebEx. Think about it—the most efficient, most economical, most productive place to hold a meeting is right on your desktop.

With Open Options iLearn, all online courses are fully interactive and include a visual presentation, accompanied by real-time communication between Open Option's instructors and the course attendees as well as hand-on practice in a controlled environment. The trainings are based on live operation of the software so you can easily "see" how to perform the operation.

In essence, Option Options has created a virtual classroom where you can "gather" to learn more about DNA.

• Monthly 60-Minute Quick Topic Webinar (see the schedule below)
  Each month Open Options will conduct a structured 60-minute training session on a focused topic. Each course is led by a highly qualified trainer, with 40 minutes dedicated to course instruction followed by 20 minutes of topical discussion, questions and answers.
   

• End User Training
  Being properly trained on the NPower DNA product means your customer will get the most from their software investment because they will be able to fully benefit from the extensive functionality of DNA.
   

• Custom Training
  Select individual topics or entire sections to create a custom course. Open Options can help determine what training is needed and assist in putting together an agenda that is tailored to your needs.
