All explorer windows can now be set to auto-hide when not in use.  This allows you to keep various explorer windows such as hardware, personnel, access levels, etc. open and ready to use when you are.  You can keep the window open simply by clicking in the upper right corner and all windows still have the efficient drag and drop interoperability you have become used to in the DNA product line.

When it comes to video integration, DNA Fusion™ stands above the rest.  DNA Fusion™ now incorporates a flexible monitor matrix that can be used to view either live or recorded video from most major NVR/DVR manufacturers.  Drag and drop cameras or camera groups directly to the matrix and video displays and resizes automatically.  Window and playback controls are built into the matrix for easy access.  Supports simultaneous playback from multiple cameras.

Upgrades just got simpler with DNA Fusion's new Installer.  When a new service pack or version is released from Open Options, customers will now only be required to update the DNA Server PC.  All client workstations will check for updates upon start up and will automatically synch with the server to ensure the latest version is running across the entire system.

DNA Fusion™ has an all new alarm grid.  The new grid shows the same alarm information with new ways to group, sort, and organize the data being presented.  The "Group By" feature allows you to drag any column header to the top and sort by that field.  Repeat alarms are still shown with a counter rather than taking up a line for each with details and any operator comments displayed below in a separate detail window.

DNA Fusion™ provides an open application framework to enable 2-way communication to such devices as intercom, IP video, DVR, and more.  Open Options is currently in the process of developing or improving several application interfaces with quality technology partners such as Milestone Systems, Stentofon, and Salient Systems. 

Choose from over 10 different Application Themes to personalize your DNA Fusion™ experience.  DNA now supports application themes that follow the standards of many familiar Microsoft applications such as Office 2007 and Visual Studio 2008. 

The new DNA Fusion™ login allows for basic operator login and can be configured to use NT Authentication for Windows users.   The login screen now displays status messages of what is taking place during the startup process.  In addition, operator environments are now stored in the database in order to provide consistency in layout no matter where you are logged in.

DNA Fusion™ delivers live video directly on Graphic Maps that have been configured on the system.  Users can now plot cameras on Graphic Maps and on either hover or click show live video in a pop-up window or on a pre-defined video container that is static on the map.  Video displayed can be an IP camera or from cameras in any of our NVR/DVR Integrations.
